Imaginary Day Machine Embroidery Block Of The Month Organizational Meeting

Cortez Quilt Company and More is getting ready to embark on a new machine embroidery Block Of The Month program. This quilt is called Imaginary Day. The pattern includes the instructions for either a 60” X 60” or 84” X 84” quilt.Linda Humphreys will be leading this class. An organizational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15^th at 2:00. The plan is to meet the first Wednesday of each month for six months, starting in June. Linda will give a tutorial for that month’s blocks, then participants will go home to stitch out the designs. If you are unable to make the organizational meeting, but wish to have further info, please call us at 970-565-7541.

Designer Jane Alison gives us a warm and festive red, white and blue collection.  America The Beautiful  depicts some of the best parts of summer; watermelon, flowers, Memorial Day and 4th of July!

Our sample for this collection are these bright and festive place mats. You still have time to whip these up to decorate your Memorial Day table.

"Live The Simple Life" depicts the goodness of living on the farm. By the way, this panel above... we sold ten of them today alone. We only have a couple left, so if you are interested, you better run in or call to get yours now!

Class Passes

Taking classes are a great way to learn new skills while getting to enjoy time sewing with friends. A Class Pass is a great option to take multiple classes:

Third Thursday Demo: Thursday, May 16, 2019
Sewing Room Ergonomics Part 2

Join us on March 21 at 12:30 p.m. for our monthly Third Thursday Demo. This event lasts thirty minutes – feel free to bring your lunch if you are on your break. We always have door prizes at our Third Thursday Demo’s! Bring a friend!
