• The Monochromatic Landscape Challenge due date is January 21st. Several over achievers have already completed them (spectacular stuff) but let's have a look at all of them then and if possible, please send photos to Aimee for the newsletter and CQC website.

• Regarding our selected online classes, it turns out that the Marilyn Belford portrait class is for (high) intermediate level skills and is a bit of a stretch for some of us (including me!) so if you are signed up and chugging happily along with it - please continue. If you would like to try something more for beginning portrait level skills (or those not wishing to up their anxiety levels!)  try using Leni Levenson Wieners book "Pictorial Art Quilt Guide" . CQC has one copy of this left and we are sourcing more.  Marie Wirth, will talk about this process at our January meeting. Portrait challenge  is due by our March meeting.

• The Melinda Bula class  https://www.iquilt.com/course/fabulous-flower-photo-quilts/ is available whenever you want to watch it. She is a fun teacher and her method makes it look easy! This Flower challenge is due by the May meeting.

• Aimee is very keen to offer more Art and Landscape classes from CQC too, so stay tuned for offerings from the shop coming soon.
