Todd's tips will be useful to all of the new sewists that have joined us over the last couple of months. Plus he will share tips and reminders for those that have been sewing for a long time.

Intro To Rulerwork
Now is the perfect time to learn how to do your own quilting! Ruler work is one of the biggest trends in quilting today.  We can order the rulers for you no matter what make and model of sewing machine you have.You will start to learn the basics of ruler work, and will go home with four different blocks. Cassidy is full of tips and tricks for this class.

Please call ahead to preorder your supplies. We will need to know your machine make & model for this class.

Becky will show you how to quickly and easily transform your 2 1/2" strips into a fun quilt that is perfect for gift giving. We will also let people "race" to complete their top if they would like to.

Row, row, row your... quilt! Sandy Cressler's expert notes and tips will lead you to quilting success.
+ Make 11 rows presented in order of difficulty - so your skills grow with your quilt!
+ Practice prairie points, chain piecing, flying geese, reverse applique, paper piecing, and much more.
Dresden plates, pinwheel blocks, and flying geese. Starting with the simplest patchwork squares and working your way up to more challenging applique and paper piecing, you'll sew through a cheery, 11-row sampler quilt and 2 bonus projects. Build 25 specific quilting skills such as getting an accurate 1/4in seam, constructing on-point squares, and using the 45 degree angle on a ruler.

Have you always wanted to learn to quilt? Would you like to refine your skills? This class is for you! You will learn the entire process: how to use a rotary cutter, piecing, adding borders, quilting, and binding. This class will give you the foundation needed to move on to more advanced projects. Note: We will help you with your fabric selection, so that you can make yours according to your own personal taste. Judy will lead this class.

BERNINA SOFTWARE CLUB

Now is a great time to join in this club, as they are just starting in on their new software books. 

Software Club meetings are going to be held virtually on Zoom, and then will be uploaded to a private Facebook Group where you can watch it if you missed the live meeting. You will also be able to watch it over and over when needed, which is a bonus!

 

LIVE Software Club Schedule on Zoom: Two Meetings/month. Meetings will last 2.5 - 3 hours.

 2nd Mondays at 9:30 am
4th Tuesdays at 9:30 am

 Cost is $135.00, which includes your software book. Club membership will run from June 2020 - July 2021. Linda Humphreys is the instructor.

It has been requested that we delay the deadline as people are not done with their creations yet.

Your entries will need to be received by Friday, June 26, 2020.

We will have customers vote for their favorite project from June 27 - July 13th.

Entries will be shown at July's Breakfast Club on Saturday, July 11th.
