We ask for your patience during this time of adjustment. We have a limit on how many customers are allowed to be in the store at one time. Customers will need to respect physical distancing. If you are sick, do not come in the store. We are more than happy to fill your order over the phone. In-store classes will not be able to happen in the next few months. We are running very short-staffed, and of course providing constant cleaning which also takes extra time. When we are assisting customers, your phone call may be sent to voicemail. Please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are more than happy to continue curbside service for those who desire.

BRING A BIT OF COMFORT TO SOMEONE WITH A BEAR

These bears arrived to the store today.... and they definitely make the world a better place! Many thanks to Jeanne Miles for bringing in 15 of these cuties! They will be sent directly to the Child Advocacy Center - they have kiddos that need a bear to hug now more than ever.

What are these bears about, you ask?

Kimberbell has created a stuffed bear design that can be made either in an embroidery hoop, or as a sewing version with your sewing machine. Kimberbell's hope is that everyone will use this design to create these stuffed bears to give to children in challenging situations ...a friend that they can love and hug. These can be donated to hospitals, foster homes, or any other setting that will help children going through trying times. These can also be given as gifts in nursing homes. The goal is to see how many of these we can make and distribute throughout our communities to those who will most benefit from them.

INSPIRATION CHALLENGE

What inspires you?

That is what this challenge is all about!
You inspire us, now is your chance to show us what inspires you!
~ Use any medium/technique.. piecing, applique, paper piecing,  art/landscape... the ideas are endless.

Requirements:
Project needs to be fabric-based (cottons, linen, denim, leather... )
Project needs to be 36 X 48 or smaller.
A label with your name, title of project and brief description needs to be included.

Your entries will need to be received by Friday, June 5, 2020.

We will have customers vote for their favorite project from June 6 - June 15.

Prizes will be awarded!
