New Fabric

These fun bolts came in last week. So far, everyone is calling it "bubbles." The colors change selvedge-to-selvedge. Very interesting fabric. What do you envision making with it?

This unique collection also arrived last week. Modern geometric prints paired with elegant florals. Great colors in this group.

For the kiddos we have adorable and sort of funny looking frogs.

We also received a large collection of batiks. Here are just a few of the bolts. Come by the shop to to see the others.

New Yarn

We just received this beautiful, highly textured yarn from Mountain Colors for those of you who want to knit something just a little different. Moguls is a lumpy, bumpy, variegated wool yarn that can be used by itself or as an accent with smooth yarns in a hat, scarf or shawl. The suggested gauge using size 10-11 needles is 2 1/2 stitches per inch.

This lovely, heathery yarn also came in last week. Made in Italy, it's 45% wool, 35% silk, and 20% nylon. Skeins are 192 yards, DK/light worsted weight. This would make up nicely as a soft sweater, shawl, or scarf.
