Join us on July 19th at 12:30 p.m. for our monthly Third Thursday Demo.  This event lasts thirty minutes – feel free to bring your lunch if you are on your break. We always have door prizes at our Third Thursday Demo’s! Bring a friend!

This month, Judith Swain will be full of tips and advice on squaring up your quilt blocks, and why that is essential to the whole project you are creating. Come learn how to take your projects – table runners, quilts, etc… to the next level. As they say – be there, or be square 🙂

Blocks Without Borders: Thursday, August 16

Blocks Without Borders (an Art & Landscape Society) meets on the Third Thursday of each month at 1 p.m.  Prepare to exchange ideas, along with giving and receiving inspiration.  Don’t forget to bring your Show-N-Tell! We will have a door prize! No RSVP necessary. This meeting usually lasts about an hour.

Note from Judith Swain: This next meeting, please bring your “Water” project challenge quilt so we can explore how they might all go together for hanging. Just a reminder that they should all have a label by show time please. The smaller ones won’t need hanging sleeves – we think they’ll be pinned to a back cloth.

Also bring any and all show and tell and your group exchange “Fantastic” project if possible. I believe that Aimee has a surprise in store for those who attend and bring something to share……….!

It’s time to think of our next challenge and or class. If have any “Quilting Arts” magazines please bring them to share – they have GREAT ideas.
