Connected by a Thread: Quilts and Quilters of the Four Corners
The Durango Arts Center will host an exhibit - Connected by a Thread: Quilts and Quilters of the Four Corners - in January, 2015. The show will feature 12-14 vintage quilts from several collectors. Curators Connie Nordstom and Janet Lever-Wood are inviting quilters from the area who have work, traditional to contemporary, that resonate with, reflect or refer to these old beauties. Stories about the quilts are welcome.
