BLOCK LOTTO

Check out all these great blocks that were created for January's Block Lotto!
Alison Dion was the lucky winner - we can't wait to see what she turns these blocks into.

We picked a beautiful blue and white fabric collection for this month - be sure to come check it out!

Here are the rules for playing:

Play Block Lotto! Come by to see this month's fabric pack. Each month we will reveal the new Block Lotto collection at the 1st Saturday Breakfast Club.

• Buy your fabric pack (5 fat eights) for $7 by the 25th of the month. Please do not add any extra fabrics beyond what is found in your pack.

• Make two 12 1/2 inch blocks from each pack. Do not add borders.

• Bring them to the shop by the last day of the month.

• For each two block set you create, you’re entered into a drawing to win ALL the blocks.

• Drawings held on the first day of each month. The winner will be eligible for 20% off fabric to finish the quilt if desired (sashing, borders, binding, backing)

QUILTING WITH RULERS

We have had an amazing response to the rulerwork classes that we are offering. From January - March, 32 customers will have attended the intro class, and about half of that will have completed the full Quilt As You Go Session.
We now have Westalee products in stock that will get you started with rulerwork. We are able to order you the appropriate foot for your machine, regardless of make/model. Thank you so much for your patience while we filled the orders for those taking the classes first!

Stay tuned ~ starting in March we will be introducing a new ruler each month!

In addition to dozens of botanical motifs, you’ll also find designs based on the author’s favorite things in life: food, travel, and design. Projects include samplers, collages, patches, bags, table linens, and more!

What do you do with beautiful decorative threads, thin ribbon, or cording that is too thick to fit through the needle of a sewing machine? Turn it upside down, of course! Wind decorative threads, thin ribbon or cording around BERNINA's special Red Bobbinwork Case and sew your project upside down. The top thread will stitch the over-sized threads right to the bottom of the fabric.

If this sounds fun, you will want to check out February's Accessory of the Month and receive 25% off this special bobbin case.
